Do you accept credit cards?

We do! Our pricing is based on cash, but if you'd like to use a debit or credit card, we will simply add a 3.85% convenience fee to your bill.

Do you offer appliance delivery?

If you have an item that needs delivered to your home, we can help - as long as both locations are within our service area.

What items do you remove?

We will remove a wide variety of items, including furniture, appliances, electronics, construction debris, yard waste, and general household junk.

Do you offer same-day service?

Please call with specifics, and we'll see if we can help. All depends on inventory and time.

How do you price your services?

Our pricing is based on the volume of items being removed and the time it will take to complete the job. We may also factor in the weight of the items or the distance they need to travel.

What happens to our junk when you haul it away?

We will take the junk to a landfill or recycling center. We may also donate items that are in good condition to local charities or reuse centers.

Do you provide clean up service?

We will sweep up the area after we've removed the junk. However, we may charge an additional fee for this service, so it's best to ask ahead of time.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

We offer discounts for repeat customers or for referring new business. It's a good idea to follow us on social media - as we may post occassional promos there! (Plus, we want to get to know ya!)

Is Dumpwiser licensed and insured?

We are licensed and insured. This ensures that we are operating legally and that you are protected in case of any accidents or damages during the removal process.
